Finished UPoD. Went back to Designing Interactions. People and Prototypes has a section on how the minds of designers work. I was nodding the whole time, thinking "yes! No one has ever explained it to me that way. That makes perfect sense!"
It also talks about Method Cards. Which gave me an idea to maybe make a set of "UPoD" cards for all the principles. 100 cards...yikes!

In love with Universal Principles of Design! Some of the concepts are more intuitive, such as Constraint and Color. But I was surprised at principles like the 80/20 Rule, which is much more universal than I would have thought.

Finally about halfway through Designing Interactions by Bill Moggridge. Amazing book. (I have to do something to keep my brain from atrophying from the lack of school)
Next on the list: Universal Principles of Design by Will Lidwell et. al.
